What does it cost?
On this site you will find prices for our most common services, such as tyre changes, wheel bearings, brake replacement and service. For repairs that require diagnostics, however, we cannot give a price in advance. It is not possible to determine exactly what needs repairing or which parts need replacing before we have examined the e-scooter. We therefore do not give price information for such repairs by email or phone. After diagnostics you always receive a cost proposal before any repair begins. No work is carried out without your approval. In some cases we can give a price proposal when the scooter is dropped off and can be checked in our workshop.
When will my e-scooter be ready?
Repair time varies depending on the extent of the fault, the availability of spare parts and the current workload in the workshop. Simpler jobs, such as tyre changes or replacing smaller components, can often be done faster. Diagnostics and more advanced repairs can take longer. We therefore do not give a guaranteed repair time and cannot carry out work under time pressure. Our focus is on carrying out every repair carefully and to a high standard, so that your e-scooter is safe and works as it should.
Can you repair my model?
We work with most common brands and models of e-scooters. However, we cannot guarantee that we can repair every model. Some less common brands, models from unknown manufacturers or e-scooters where spare parts and technical information are hard to obtain may be limited or impossible for us to repair. Certain larger and more advanced models may also require special equipment or access to the manufacturer’s diagnostic system, which means that in some cases we cannot carry out diagnostics or repair.
